Financial Institutions, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2024 Results
April 25, 2024 4:06 PM EDTWARSAW, N.Y., April 25, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Financial Institutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: FISI) (the "Company," "we" or "us"), parent company of Five Star Bank (the "Bank") and Courier Capital, LLC ("Courier Capital"), today reported financial and operational results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024.
Net income was $2.1 million in the first quarter of 2024, compared to $9.8 million in the fourth quarter of 2023 and $12.1 million in the first quarter of 2023.
