Rubrik Announces Pricing of Upsized Initial Public Offering
April 24, 2024 9:25 PM EDTPALO ALTO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Rubrik, Inc. today announced the pricing of its upsized initial public offering of 23,500,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $32.00 per share. In addition, Rubrik has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,525,000 shares of its Class A common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
