April 17, 2024 5:04 PM EDTOn April 11, 2024, Venus Concept (NASDAQ: VERO) received a notice (the Notice) from the Listing Qualifications Department (the Staff) of the Nasdaq Stock Market (Nasdaq) stating that for 32 consecutive business days the Companys common stock (the Common Stock) did not maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share (Minimum Bid Price Requirement) as required for continued listing under Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
