(NASDAQ: KWE) (NASDAQ: KWESW) (TSXV: KWE) (NASDAQ: KWE.WT.U) ("KWESST" or the "Company") today announced that it intends to offer to sell common shares (and/or pre-funded warrants ("Pre-funded Warrants") in lieu thereof) in an underwritten United States public offering.
