Matador Resources Company Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
March 25, 2024 8:45 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Matador Resources Company (NYSE: MTDR) (Matador) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 5,250,000 shares of its common stock. The total estimated gross proceeds of the offering, before estimated offering fees and expenses, are approximately $347.3 million. The offering is expected to close on or about March 27, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
Matador intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, which may include, among other things, the funding of acquisitions and the repayment of borrowings outstanding under Matadors revolving credit... More
