LM Funding Announces 1-for-6 Reverse Stock Split to Ensure Compliance with Nasdaq Continued Listing Requirements and to Attract a Broader Audience of Investors

(NASDAQ: LMFA) ("LM Funding" or "LMFA"), a cryptocurrency mining and technology-based specialty finance company, today announced a 1-for-6 reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock, effective at 12:01 a.m. Eastern time on March 12, 2024. Beginning March 12, 2024, LM Fundings common stock will trade on a split-adjusted basis.
