Applied Optoelectronics Filed Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against CIG
February 22, 2024 4:24 PM ESTSUGAR LAND, Texas, Feb. 22, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. (Nasdaq: AAOI), a leading provider of fiber-optic access network products for the internet datacenter, cable broadband, telecom and fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) markets, today announced that it has filed a complaint for patent infringement against Cambridge Industries USA, Inc. (CIG) in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, Case No.: 5:24-cv-01010.
