Rekor Systems Announces Pricing of Follow-On Public Offering of Common Stock

(Nasdaq: REKR) ("Rekor" or the "Company"), a leader in developing and implementing state-of-the-art roadway intelligence technology, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock (the "Common Stock") at a price to the public of $2.50 per share.
