Tenet Healthcare Appoints Vineeta Agarwala to Board of Directors
December 13, 2023 4:05 PM ESTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) today announced the appointment of Vineeta Agarwala, M.D., PhD, to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Dr. Agarwala will serve as a member of the Quality, Compliance, and Ethics Committee, as well as the Human Resources Committee, increasing the size of the Board to 13 directors.
