Danaos Corporation Reports Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended September 30, 2023
November 13, 2023 4:30 PM ESTATHENS, Greece--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Danaos Corporation (Danaos) (NYSE: DAC), one of the worlds largest independent owners of containerships, today reported unaudited results for the period ended September 30, 2023.
Highlights for the Third Quarter and Nine Months Ended September 30, 2023:
Adjusted net income1 of $143.0 million, or $7.26 per share, for the three months ended September 30, 2023 compared to $176.9 million, or $8.71 per share, for the three months ended September 30, 2022, a decrease of $33.9 million or $1.45 per share.
