Charge (CRGE) announced leadership changes
August 29, 2023 3:37 PM EDTElectrical, broadband and EV charging infrastructure company, Charge Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: CRGE) Tuesday announced that they have named current Chief Operating and Compliance Officer, Craig Denson as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective August 31, 2023.
The appointment follows the decision by Andrew Fox, in accordance with the board of directors, to resign from his role as CEO and Chairman of the Board.
