NNN REIT, Inc. Prices Offering of $500 Million of 5.600% Senior Unsecured Notes Due 2033
August 8, 2023 7:18 PM EDTORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 8, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- NNN REIT, Inc. (NYSE: NNN) (the "Company"), a real estate investment trust, today announced that it has priced its public offering of $500,000,000 of 5.600% senior unsecured notes due 2033 (the "notes"). The notes were offered at 97.676% of the principal amount with a yield to maturity of 5.905%. Interest on the notes will be payable semi-annually on April 15 and October 15 of each year, commencing on April 15, 2024. The notes mature on...
