Griffon Corporation Announces Third Quarter Results

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Griffon Corporation (Griffon or the Company) (NYSE: GFF) today reported results for the fiscal 2023 third quarter ended June 30, 2023.

Revenue for the third quarter totaled $683.4 million, an 11% decrease compared to $768.2 million in the prior year quarter.

Income from continuing operations totaled $49.2 million, or $0.90 per share, compared to $52.8 million, or $0.98 per share, in the prior year quarter. Excluding all items that affect comparability from both periods, adjusted income from continuing operations was $70.3 million, or $1.29 per share in the current year quarter compared to $66.5 million, or $1.23 per share in the prior...
