Frontier Announces Fiber Securitization Offering
July 19, 2023 4:20 PM EDTNORWALK, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. (NASDAQ: FYBR) (Frontier or the Company) today announced that a limited-purpose, bankruptcy remote, indirect subsidiary of the Company intends to offer approximately $1.05 billion aggregate principal amount of secured fiber network revenue term notes (the Notes), with the potential to upsize, subject to market conditions and other factors. The Notes will be secured by certain of Frontiers fiber assets and associated customer contracts in the Dallas metropolitan area and constitute the first offering of green bonds by a Frontier subsidiary.
