State Street Corporation Announces Preliminary Stress Capital Buffer Requirement and the Intention to Increase its Quarterly Common Stock Dividend by 10% to $0.69 per share
June 30, 2023 4:30 PM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT) today announced its preliminary stress capital buffer (SCB) requirement, to be maintained at 2.5%, effective October 1, 2023, and the intention to increase its per share common stock dividend by 10% to $0.69 in the third quarter, subject to consideration and approval by its Board of Directors. It remains the Companys intention to continue common share repurchases under its existing authorization for up to a total of $4.5 billion in 2023, subject to market conditions and other factors.
