Siyata Mobile Announces Pricing of $2.25 Million Public Offering of Common Shares

(NASDAQ: SYTA)(NASDAQ: SYTAW) ("Siyata" or the "Company"), a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC) devices and cellular signal booster systems, today announced the pricing of a public offering of 50,000,000 common shares at a public offering price of $0.045 per share. The gross proceeds of the offering to the Company, before deducing placement agent fees and commissions and other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $2.25 million.
