Vaxart, Inc. Announces Pricing of $15,000,000 Public Offering of Common Stock
June 7, 2023 9:16 AM EDTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., June 07, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vaxart, Inc. (Nasdaq: VXRT) today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 16,000,000 shares of its common stock, for gross proceeds of approximately $15,000,000, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other estimated offering expenses payable by Vaxart. The offering is expected to close on or about June 9, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, Vaxart has granted to the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 2.4 million additional shares of its common stock.
