W&T Announces Addition to Its Board of Directors
May 1, 2023 6:45 AM EDTHOUSTON, May 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- W&T Offshore, Inc. (NYSE: WTI) (W&T or the Company) today announced that Dr. Nancy Chang was appointed as a new independent director to the Companys Board of Directors. Dr. Chang will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and as the chair of the Environmental, Safety and Governance (ESG) Committee. She will stand for election at the Companys upcoming annual meeting of shareholders.
