Revolution Medicines Announces Pricing of $300.0 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
March 2, 2023 9:15 PM ESTREWOOD CITY, Calif., March 02, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Revolution Medicines, Inc. (Nasdaq: RVMD), a clinical-stage oncology company developing targeted therapies for RAS-addicted cancers, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 13,636,364 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $22.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions.
