Vera Therapeutics Announces Commencement of Public Offering of Class A Common Stock
February 1, 2023 4:01 PM ESTBRISBANE, Calif., Feb. 01, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Vera Therapeutics, Inc. (Vera), a late-stage biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing transformative treatments for patients with serious immunological diseases, today announced that it has commenced a public offering, subject to market and other conditions, to issue and sell $75.0 million of shares of its Class A common stock. All of the shares are being offered by Vera.
