PennantPark Floating Rate Capital Ltd. Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Stock
January 23, 2023 9:45 PM ESTMIAMI, Jan. 23, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PennantPark Floating Rate Capital Ltd. (NYSE: PFLT) (TASE: PFLT), a business development company (the Company), today announced that it has entered into an agreement to sell 4,250,000 shares of common stock resulting in net proceeds exclusive of offering expenses to the Company of approximately $47.6 million, or $11.20 per share.
