HighPeak Energy, Inc. Announces Strategic Alternatives Process and Guidance for 2023 and 2024

FORT WORTH, Texas, Jan. 23, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- HighPeak Energy, Inc. (HighPeak or the Company) (NASDAQ: HPK) today announced that its Board of Directors (the Board) has voted to initiate a process to evaluate certain strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value, including a potential sale of the Company. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC have been retained as financial advisors and Vinson & Elkins L.L.P. as legal counsel to assist in the review process. Furthermore, HighPeak is providing 2023 and 2024 guidance herein, as approved by the Board.
