(NASDAQ: ASYS), announced today the acquisition of Entrepix, Inc., a globally recognized expert in chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) and wafer cleaning. Entrepix is expected to expand Amtechs market opportunity and accelerate growth in the front-end wafer processing market, including silicon carbide applications.
