Frequency Electronics, Inc. Declares Special Cash Dividend of $1.00 Per Share
December 20, 2022 4:11 PM ESTMITCHEL FIELD, N.Y., Dec. 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Today the Board of Directors of Frequency Electronics, Inc. (NASDAQ-FEIM) declared a special cash dividend of $1.00 per share of common stock. The special dividend is payable on January 27, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 6, 2023. Based on the current number of shares outstanding, the total amount of the special dividend payment will be approximately $9.3 million.
