Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. Announces Share Repurchase Program
December 7, 2022 1:00 PM ESTSPRING, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: PPIH) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized the use of $965 thousand remaining under the share repurchase program previously approved on October 4, 2021 that expired on October 3, 2022. Share repurchases may be executed through open market or in privately negotiated transactions over the course of the next 12 months.
