Hilton Increases Stock Repurchase Authorization
November 11, 2022 2:30 PM ESTMCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. (NYSE: HLT) today authorized the repurchase of an additional $2.5 billion of common stock under the Company's existing stock repurchase program, bringing the total amount currently authorized for future repurchases to approximately $3.4 billion.
