FB Financial Corporation Reports Third Quarter 2022 Results

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- FB Financial Corporation (the Company) (NYSE: FBK), parent company of FirstBank, reported net income of $31.8 million, or $0.68 per diluted common share, for the third quarter of 2022, compared to $0.41 in the previous quarter and $0.94 in the same quarter last year. Adjusted net income was $32.1 million, or $0.68 per diluted common share, compared to $0.64 in the previous quarter and $0.89 per diluted common share in the same quarter last year.
