October 4, 2022 4:23 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amylyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Amylyx) today announced the launch of an underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of common stock pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Amylyx. Amylyx expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
