RBC Comments on NCR Corp. (NCR) Separation into Two Companies: 'Not the outcome we were hoping for'
September 16, 2022 9:16 AM EDTRBC Capital analyst Daniel Perlin reiterated an Outperform rating and $44.00 price target on NCR Corp. (NYSE: NCR).
The analyst comments "Classic separation of growth vs. cash flow. Based on the press release, the strategic plan calls for splitting the company into two entities: 1) Digital commerce, which encompasses its growth assets and softwareled businesses and includes global retail, hospitality, and digital banking....
