Athersys Announces 1-for-25 Reverse Stock Split

(Nasdaq: ATHX), a regenerative medicine company developing MultiStem® (invimestrocel) for critical care indications, announced today that it will be executing a reverse stock split of its outstanding shares of common stock at a ratio of 1-for-25 after the close of trading on the Nasdaq Stock Market on Friday, August 26, 2022.
