Second Quarter 2022 and Recent Highlights
Reported consolidated revenue of $31.5 million for the three months ended June 30, 2022. Generated Net Income of $2.2 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $10.0 million. Experienced lower than expected transportation volumes, mitigated by higher than plan revenue from the value of crude oil received as pipeline loss allowance and by cost management.
