August 10, 2022 9:21 PM EDTROCHESTER, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: BNL), (BNL), today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 13,000,000 shares of its Common Stock, at a price to the public of $21.35 per share, less underwriting discounts and commissions, in connection with the forward sale agreements described below. The underwriters also have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,950,000 shares of Common Stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
