August 4, 2022 4:15 PM EDTPHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cable One, Inc. (NYSE: CABO) (the Company or Cable One) today reported financial and operating results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022.
Cable One acquired the remaining equity interests that it did not already own in Hargray Communications, a data, video and voice services provider ("Hargray"), on May 3, 2021 and acquired certain assets and assumed certain liabilities from Cable America Missouri, LLC, a data, video and voice services provider ("CableAmerica"), on December 30, 2021.
