BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- DigitalBridge Group, Inc. (NYSE: DBRG) and subsidiaries (collectively, DigitalBridge, or the Company) today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022 and that its board of directors has approved and declared a reverse share split of the Companys common shares at a ratio of 1-for-4.
