Ontrak Announces Registered Direct Offering for Aggregate Gross Proceeds of $4.0 Million Priced At-The-Market Under Nasdaq Rules
August 2, 2022 9:14 AM EDTHENDERSON, Nev.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ontrak, Inc. (NASDAQ: OTRK) (Ontrak or the Company), announced today that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $0.80 per share in a registered direct offering. The per share purchase price is at-the-market in accordance with Nasdaq rules.
Roth Capital Partners is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
