Stock Yards Bancorp Reports Second Quarter Earnings of $26.8 Million or $0.91 Per Diluted Share
July 27, 2022 7:30 AM EDTLOUISVILLE, Ky., July 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Stock Yards Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYBT), parent company of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, with offices in Louisville, central, eastern and northern Kentucky, as well as the Indianapolis, Indiana and Cincinnati, Ohio metropolitan markets, today reported earnings for the second quarter ended June 30, 2022, of $26.8 million, or $0.91 per diluted share. This compares to net income of $4.2 million, or $0.17 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2021, which reflected $18.1 million in merger expenses and $7.4 million in merger related credit loss expense tied to the prior year Kentucky Bancshares acquisition....
