July 25, 2022 4:01 PM EDTSOMERSET, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Legend Biotech Corporation (NASDAQ: LEGN) (Legend Biotech), a global biotechnology company developing, manufacturing and commercializing novel therapies to treat life-threatening diseases, today announced that it intends to offer and sell $250 million of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), each representing two ordinary shares, in an underwritten public offering.
