LumiraDx Announces Pricing of Public Offering of Common Shares and Concurrent Private Placement
July 21, 2022 8:36 AM EDTLONDON, July 21, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- LumiraDx Limited (Nasdaq: LMDX), a next-generation point of care (POC) diagnostics company, today announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 43,000,000 common shares at a price to the public of $1.75 per share. All of the common shares are being offered by LumiraDx. The gross proceeds from this offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by LumiraDx, are expected to be approximately $75.3 million.
