American Tower Corporation Prices Public Offering of Common Stock
June 2, 2022 8:08 PM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Tower Corporation (NYSE: AMT) today announced the pricing of its registered public offering of 8,350,000 shares of common stock at $256.00 per share. The underwriters of the offering have an option to purchase up to an additional 835,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The net proceeds of the offering are expected to be approximately $2,083.5 million (or approximately $2,291.9 million if the underwriters exercise their option to purchase additional shares in full) after deducting underwriting discounts and estimated offering expenses.
