Webster Reports First Quarter 2022 EPS of $(0.14); Adjusted EPS OF $1.24
April 28, 2022 7:30 AM EDTSTAMFORD, Conn., April 28, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE: WBS), the holding company for Webster Bank, N.A. and its HSA Bank division, today announced net (loss) income available to common shareholders of $(20.2) million, or $(0.14) per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2022, compared to $106.1 million, or $1.17 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2021.
