April 26, 2022 4:35 PM EDTDALLAS, April 26, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Veritex Holdings, Inc. (Veritex, the Company, we or our) (Nasdaq: VBTX), the holding company for Veritex Community Bank, today announced the results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022.
The first quarter of 2022 was another outstanding financial and growth quarter for our Company, said President and CEO, C. Malcolm C. Holland, III. We reported operating diluted EPS of $0.66 and delivered outstanding growth this quarter reflected by overall annualized loan growth of 21% and annualized deposit growth of 29%.
