Equity Residential Reports First Quarter 2022 Results
April 26, 2022 4:10 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) today reported results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. All per share results are reported as available to common shares/units on a diluted basis. For the first quarter of 2022, the Company reported earnings per share (EPS), Funds from Operations (FFO) per share and Normalized FFO per share of $0.19, $0.77 and $0.77, respectively.
