Nkarta Announces Pricing of Upsized Public Offering of Common Stock
April 25, 2022 11:19 PM EDTSOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., April 25, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nkarta, Inc. (Nasdaq: NKTX), a biopharmaceutical company developing engineered natural killer cell therapies to treat cancer, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 13,333,334 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $15.00 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,000,000 additional shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. All shares in the offering are to be issued and sold by Nkarta.
