Banc of California Reports $0.69 EPS for First Quarter 2022
April 21, 2022 6:04 AM EDTSANTA ANA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Banc of California, Inc. (NYSE: BANC) today reported net income of $48.5 million and net income available to common stockholders of $43.3 million, or $0.69 per diluted common share for the first quarter of 2022. This compares to net income of $5.8 million and net income available to common stockholders of $4.0 million, or $0.07 per diluted common share, for the fourth quarter of 2021.
