OneWater Marine Announces the Appointment of Greg Shell to its Board of Directors
March 23, 2022 7:00 AM EDTBUFORD, Ga., March 23, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OneWater Marine Inc. (NASDAQ: ONEW) (OneWater or the Company) today announced the appointment of Greg Shell to the Companys Board of Directors as an additional independent director, effective as of April 1, 2022. This appointment will increase the size of the Board from nine to ten directors, eight of whom are independent.
