February 28, 2022 5:19 PM ESTNEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- New Mountain Finance Corporation (NASDAQ: NMFC) (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our") today announced its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2021 and reported fourth quarter net investment income of $0.31 per weighted average share. At December 31, 2021, net asset value (NAV) per share was $13.49, compared to $13.26 at September 30, 2021 and $12.62 at December 31, 2020. The Company also announced that its board of directors declared a first quarter distribution of $0.30 per share, which will be payable on March 31, 2022 to holders of record as of March 17, 2022.
