CARS Announces $200 Million Share Repurchase Program
February 24, 2022 7:28 AM ESTCHICAGO, Feb. 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Cars.com Inc. (NYSE: CARS) ("CARS" or the "Company"), a leading automotive marketplace platform that provides a robust set of digital solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has authorized the repurchase of up to $200 million of the Company's outstanding shares of common stock over the next three years. The Company intends to fund the share repurchase program with cash from operations.
