Halliburton Names Tobi Young and Earl Cummings to Board of Directors

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL) today announced the addition of Ms. Tobi Young and Mr. Earl Cummings to its board of directors. The appointments went into effect on February 23, 2022, and both will stand for election by shareholders at the annual meeting on May 18, 2022.
