Belden Reports Strong Results for Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2021 and Announces a Definitive Agreement to Divest Tripwire

(NYSE: BDC), a leading global supplier of specialty networking solutions, today reported fiscal fourth quarter and full year 2021 results for the period ended December 31, 2021. The Company also announced a definitive agreement to divest its Tripwire cybersecurity business (Tripwire).
Fourth Quarter 2021
Revenues for the quarter totaled $638.9 million, increasing $140.4 million, or 28%, compared to $498.5 million in the year-ago period.
