Highlights for the Fourth Quarter and Year Ended December 31, 2021:
Adjusted net income1 of $125.8 million, or $6.10 per share, for the three months ended December 31, 2021 compared to $47.8 million, or $2.29 per share, for the three months ended December 31, 2020, an increase of 163.2%.
